弊社社員新型コロナウイルス感染者の確認について / Notification Regarding a COVID-19 Case

日頃よりWeWork をご利用頂き、誠にありがとうございます。

1月9日(土)、WeWork KANDA SQUARE および WeWork 神保町に勤務する弊社社員1名が、新型コロナウィルス感染症PCR検査の結果、陽性であることが判明いたしました。当該社員の最終出社日は1月5日(火)でした。保健所による調査の結果、常時マスクを着用していた事から、メンバー様、および弊社従業員に、濃厚接触者に特定された者はいないとの報告を1月10日(日)に受けました。


  • 当該社員が勤務していたWeWork 神保町 2階の一部、および WeWork KANDA SQUARE 11階の一部のアクセスを制限し、当該社員が使用した共有エリア、事務エリアの消毒清掃(1月10日(日)実施済)
  • 当該社員の14日間以上の自宅待機



Dear Members,

On Saturday, January 9th, we received notification that a WeWork employee working at our WeWork Kanda Square and WeWork Jimbocho locations had taken a PCR test, the result of which was confirmed positive. This employee’s last day visiting our locations was Tuesday, January 5th. Furthermore, we received confirmation that no other employees or members were identified as close contacts by the health office on Sunday, January 10th.

Our members’ and employees’ health and safety are our top priority. To minimize the risk of virus spread, we have been conducting and will continue to conduct a rigorous cleaning and sanitization of our location’s common spaces and high-touch areas, including door handles.

In addition, to minimize the risk of virus spread, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitization of WeWork Jimbocho 2F and WeWork Kanda Square 11F common spaces and all other employee accessed areas to be completed on January 10th
  • Enforcing strict self quarantine for the said WeWork employee for 14 days after all symptoms have disappeared

We continue to follow the best practices and updated guidance from the government, as well as international and local health authorities, to prevent virus spread.
